Erika Pugh Senior Associate, Investments

As a Senior Associate on the Investment Team, Erika researches, sources, and coordinates the diligence process for investment opportunities, supporting M&A growth for Erie Street and its partner companies.

Erika brings significant experience in executing M&A transactions and growth strategies. Prior to joining Erie Street in 2023, Erika was an Associate on the Growth and Investments Team at Heyday Technologies, where she evaluated and executed new investments. Previously, she was an Analyst at BDT & Company in the Investment Professionals Division. 

Erika received a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Russian from The Pennsylvania State University, where she was a member of the Schreyer Honors College and Paterno Fellows Program. She currently serves as a Board Member and Founding Mentor for Second Act, a mentorship program for dancers seeking career alternatives.
