Shane Kern Managing Director, Investments and Value Creation

As Managing Director at Erie Street, Shane oversees Investments and Value Creation, working with Erie Street and its partner companies to achieve sustainable growth. With a career focused on building high-growth companies backed by private equity, Shane has led several successful transaction exits.

Shane brings extensive operational, financial, and transactional experience to his role at Erie Street. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at 3Q Digital, a high-growth digital marketing agency within the Erie Street portfolio. During his tenure, 3Q Digital grew significantly and was acquired by DEPT Agency in May 2022.

Shane is also a board member for Erie Street portfolio partners Trailer Park Group and 50,000feet. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
