Terry Graunke Chairman and CEO

With more than thirty years’ experience as an operator and investor, Terry is a multi-faceted executive with a known ability to transform services businesses – and their categories – by spotting market disruptions and identifying outstanding talent. From entrepreneur (US Communications) to public company CEO (Eagle River Interactive) to Chairman of a private investment firm (Lake Capital), Terry has served as Chairman, CEO, or Director of more than 36 private and public firms in the business services, strategic communications, and marketing services industries.

Terry’s experience spans a wide range of companies and capabilities, including commercial and product offering development, leadership and management team growth, and strategic transformational M&A.

Terry has led investments totaling over $1.8 Billion in the business services sector. In 2018, he founded Erie Street Growth Partners to create a new model for growth, by bringing a combination of strategic capital and operational guidance to high growth companies in disrupted environments. Terry serves on several Erie Street partner company boards, including Chairman of the Board for Trailer Park Group, Lead Director for APCO Worldwide, and board member for 50,000feet. He is also a board member for Viamedia and was formerly Executive Chair of the Board for Erie Street portfolio partner 3Q Digital (now DEPT). Terry is involved in a number of philanthropic endeavors that support children, education, and conservation, and serves as a Trustee for the Wetlands America Trust.
