With over thirty years of experience, Valerie brings a proven track record of financial and operational turnaround leadership to Erie Street and its partner companies.

Throughout her career, she has earned executive roles that span the C-suite, including her current position as CEO of RevTech360, and has led organizational transformations through strategic technology leadership, serving as COO (Lev), CIO (First Advantage) and CTO (Project Lead the Way). Her experience is deeply rooted in technology and professional services (Cognizant, Aon Consulting, Kronos).

Known for her strong balance of common sense and imaginative leadership, Valerie has a proven ability to connect an organization’s strategic vision with the tactical realities that drive business success through technology and service solutions. In 2017, she was honored by Salesforce for her innovative work at Project Lead The Way. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
