Terry Graunke

Chairman and CEO

With more than thirty years as an operator and investor, Terry is a multi-faceted executive with a known ability to transform services businesses – and their categories – by spotting market disruptions and identifying outstanding talent. From entrepreneur (US Communications) to public company CEO (Eagle River Interactive) to Chairman of a private investment firm (Lake Capital), Terry has served as Chairman, CEO, or director of more than 36 private and public firms in the business services, strategic communications, and marketing services industries. Terry’s experience spans a wide range of companies and capabilities, from commercial and product offering development, leadership and management team growth, and strategic transformational M&A. 

In 2017, Terry founded Erie Street Capital to focus on partnering with high-growth companies in the business services sector. He is currently an investor and board member of The Engine Group and Viamedia (Lake Capital portfolio companies) and serves as Lead Board Director for APCO Worldwide, as well as Executive Chair of the Board for Erie Street Capital portfolio company 3Q Digital. Terry is also involved in a number of philanthropic endeavors that support children, education, and conservation.


Jerry Graunke


Jerry supports and leads in the identification, development and growth of Erie Street partnerships.  Through his experience in strategic consulting (McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company), executive leadership (Hyper Marketing, Epsilon), and high-growth company ownership (Vokal), Jerry brings industry expertise, day-to-day leadership, and M&A identification and prioritization.

Jerry joined Erie Street in 2018 after serving as a Vice President within McKinsey & Company’s Recovery and Transformation Services practice.  

Jerry holds a BS in International Political Economy from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Tari Haro


As a former CMO and agency veteran, Tari is a growth-oriented brand and business builder. She brings over twenty years of marketing services experience – spanning agency executive leadership (Eagle River Interactive,, iCrossing), client-side leadership (SIM Partners, and agency delivery leadership roles – to Erie Street Capital and its portfolio companies. 

Tari joined Erie Street Capital in 2019 after serving as Executive Vice President, Integrated Business Marketing, at Edelman, where she led the B2B Technology practice.

Tari received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.


Kyle Cash

Vice President

Kyle brings over six years of principal investing, operating, and investment banking experience to Erie Street Capital and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Erie Street Capital in 2019, Kyle worked as a Senior Associate at Glencoe Capital where his primary focus was on evaluating and executing new investments as well as leading various operational initiatives for Glencoe Capital's portfolio companies. Kyle began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Kyle received a Bachelor of Business Administration, with High Distinction, from the University of Michigan and was a recipient of the Western Golf Association’s Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship. Currently, he is a member of the Evans Scholars Foundation Leadership Council.

Luke Dwyer


Luke supports due diligence and growth activities of Erie Street partnerships. Luke joined Erie Street from A.T. Kearney in 2018.  He brings extensive experience executing diligence projects for public and private acquisitions from his time with A.T. Kearney’s M&A Services practice. His background of developing and supporting the post-acquisition growth plans of these companies bolsters his impact on Erie Street partnerships.

Luke received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan where he played on the Varsity Ice Hockey team for four years.


Zach Stander


Zach is active in sourcing and executing new transactions, as well as working with current Erie Street Capital portfolio companies. He joined in 2019 from the leveraged finance group of Madison Capital Funding where he structured, underwrote, and executed leveraged buyouts for middle market sponsors. He started his career in the management consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on large scale transformations for business services companies. Through his experience advising firms on both transactions and internal strategy, he brings a unique perspective to Erie Street Capital’s partnerships.

Zach holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama where he graduated summa cum laude in 2016.


Margaret Poisson


Margaret supports due diligence and execution of new platform and add-on acquisitions at Erie Street. Through her experience performing financial due diligence and advising middle-market private equity firms, Margaret brings extensive financial expertise to Erie Street partnerships. Margaret started her career in public accounting and was formerly a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM in Boston.

Margaret received a BS from Boston College and is currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.


Todd Martin

Independent Advisor

As an entrepreneur, operator, investor, and former-CMO, Todd brings to Erie Street the capabilities and experience to help identify, grow, and lead investments in the business services, and particularly marketing services space.  

Todd is the Founder and Managing Partner of Spirits Capital Partners, the first private equity firm focused on distilled spirits, where he is a board member and the former Chairman of Lost Spirits Distillery and Lost Spirits Technology as well as a former Board Director of The Real McCoy Spirits Company.  Prior to Spirits Capital, Todd founded and exited Daucourt Martin Imports to Gruppo Campari.  Todd has also served as the President of North America and Global CMO for Allied Domecq, formerly the 2nd largest spirits and wine company in the world.  Todd’s past consumer products experience includes executive roles at PepsiCo and Kraft in the marketing suite.

Todd is a High Honors & Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Swarthmore College and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Walter White IV

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Walter manages the daily operational and administrative needs of the firm.  Prior to joining Erie Street in 2018, Walter had a long relationship with Baird Capital/Robert W. Baird & Co. as the Senior Executive Assistant to both the President and Chief Operating Officer after working in Baird’s Global Investment Banking group.  He also worked as an Executive Assistant at Edelman PR, LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and has over 18 years of executive support experience.


Walter received his BBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Linda Genty


Linda joined Erie Street Capital in 2018 as the Accountant for the firm. She has spent more than 20 years in the accounting and finance industry. She began her career in public accounting at Arthur Anderson and as a manager was responsible for clients in real estate, hospitality and healthcare.  After leaving Anderson she worked with a hedge fund, a private equity group and American Express as a senior operations manager in their CDO business.

Linda has a BS/BA in Accounting from West Virginia University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
