The nearest airports to The Peninsula, Chicago are Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) – 17 mi or 1 hr away and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) – 12.1 mi or 40 min away. For parking, The Peninsula offers daily overnight valet parking for one vehicle, with in and out privileges, which will be included in your hotel reservation and covered by Erie Street for Wednesday and Thursday nights.

What is the dress code or event attire?

Wednesday Welcome Dinner at The Casino Club: Business Casual (no jeans allowed).
Thursday Annual Meeting at The Peninsula: Business Casual (jeans are permitted).

Thursday Dinner and Afterglow: Speakeasy chic – we are honoring Chicago’s history and planning for a prohibition-inspired Afterglow following dinner at Shanghai Terrace. Please wear something dressy and, if the mood strikes, add some 1920s flair!

Absolutely! We welcome the opportunity to host your spouse, family members, and/or anyone in your office who helps drive your investment decisions and encourage you to invite them along. Please include their information in the RSVP Form or reach out to Nina Redpath, SVP of Investor Relations at nredpath@eriestreet.com with any questions.

When and where can I pick up my name badge?

Name badges will be distributed at the Wednesday Welcome Dinner at The Casino and we ask that you utilize them throughout your participation in the Annual Investor Meeting. Any badges not collected on Wednesday will be available to be picked up between 7:30-9:00AM on Thursday morning prior to the meeting’s commencement.

We encourage guests, where possible, to check-in at the hotel prior to Wednesday’s welcome dinner. Please note that standard check-in at The Peninsula begins at 3:00pm, however we will do our best to facilitate early check-in for those who request one. Erie Street will not have a dedicated registration desk at The Peninsula but the hotel will have all of our guests listed as part of the Erie Street group. Your welcome gift will be delivered to your hotel room by the bell desk shortly after you check in.
