Gina Gauthier Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman and CEO

As Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman and CEO, Gina is responsible for all strategic and operational activities for Erie Street’s Chairman and CEO. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff concurrently at BRJ Ventures, a Chicago-area single family office, and OS Fund, the family office’s life sciences-focused VC arm. Within these organizations she served as a partner to the CEO and oversaw both firms’ administrative, communications, project management, and human resources functions.

For more than 15 years Gina has worked closely with senior leadership in growth stage organizations, and she brings her passion for supporting developing companies and leaders to Erie Street. Gina started her career in digital, as a Producer at award-winning digital design agency Code & Theory. Following her entrepreneurial interests, she served as the inaugural Director of Member Services at FoundersCard, as well as an Engagement Manager and executive business partner in higher education (Kaplan).

Gina earned her undergraduate degrees from New York University, her MBA from Purdue University Global, and her Certified Chief of Staff designation from Oxford University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP).
