Kelly Wagner Vice President, Growth
As Vice President of Growth, Kelly leads organic growth strategy and marketing transformation for Erie Street’s portfolio partners. Kelly designs and executes go-to-market strategies for our partners including operating model design, brand storytelling, content and digital marketing, and strategic communications.
With a decade of strategic consulting experience (PwC, Capgemini) and global functional leadership (McDonald’s at Capgemini), Kelly brings industry expertise, operational leadership, and strategic marketing experience to Erie Street and its portfolio partners. Kelly joined Erie Street in 2021 after serving as the Global Lead of Strategy, Portfolio Governance, and Engagement for the McDonald’s strategic account at Capgemini.
Kelly holds an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. For seven years, Kelly has served on the leadership board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago and held an officer position (VP of Fund Development) planning and executing the agency’s largest fundraisers annually.
