Mike Hayes Finance Lead

As Finance Lead, Mike manages the financial operations of Erie Street providing strategic direction and leadership to the finance and accounting team.

Prior to joining Erie Street in 2024, Mike served for over twenty years as CFO at Lake Capital, where he was responsible for the Firm’s financial administration and investor reporting, as well as certain tax and accounting-related matters with respect to portfolio companies. Prior to Lake Capital, Mike worked at Arthur Andersen in the tax and business advisory practice.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
