Ryan Van Tiem Director of Finance and Accounting

As Director of Finance and Accounting, Ryan plays a pivotal role in guiding Erie Street’s financial strategies and operations to optimize growth for investors and partner companies.

Ryan joined Erie Street in 2024, bringing with him extensive experience in finance and accounting. Previously, he spent over a decade at Lake Capital, where he assisted with financial administration and investor reporting, while also providing tax and accounting support to partner companies. Before his tenure at Lake Capital, Ryan worked for three years at KPMG in the audit practice.

Ryan holds both a B.A. and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. Currently, he serves as the Athletic Board Treasurer at Queen of Angels Catholic Elementary School.
