Trailer Park Group Strengthens AV Leadership Team with Senior Executive Appointments and Key Hires
Strategic moves support continued growth and creative leadership across entertainment and gaming sectors
LOS ANGELES, July 14, 2025 —Trailer Park Group, the global leader in entertainment marketing and content production, has strengthened its AV leadership team with a series of executive promotions and new hires.
As reported in Variety, the following individuals have each been appointed as Senior Vice President and Creative Director:
- Erika Anaya, who previously led global film marketing efforts at Netflix on titles including The Killer and Fair Play.
- Joshua Rogers, who brings deep agency experience from Zealot and nearly two decades at Buddha Jones, working with clients such as Disney, FX and Amazon.
- Jill Gershman, who joins with a background spanning Buddha Jones, ABC and Disney Entertainment, with expertise in bridging streaming and broadcast storytelling.
Additional new hires include:
- Sam Slater as Vice President and Editor.
- Paul Cartlich as Vice President and Editor.
- Matt McCrory as Senior Editor.
- Steve Davis as Director of Operations.
The expanded team reports to Pete Callaro, President of Creative and Production Services, and David Messinger, CEO.
