Former Spencer Stuart, Korn Ferry, and Allstate executive recruiter, Madeline Hall founded Lacey Lake Leadership to provide leadership advisory services to organizations – with a focus in the private equity, professional and financial services, industrial, and consumer sectors – to create business advantage in the context of today’s transformational environment. As managing partner, Hall’s core focus is on client talent strategy, in addition to overseeing all business operations for Lacey Lake. She brings deep experience as a strategic talent partner and management consultant after serving in recruitment roles at firms including Spencer Stuart, Korn Ferry, Allstate Insurance, and Huron Consulting Group. She approaches her relationships with kindness, authenticity, and understanding. While in early stages, Lacey Lake Leadership partnered with several organizations, including Erie Street and Performance Improvement Partners, to design and deliver purpose-driven leadership transformation programs.

Hall is joined by senior partner, Bill Kushner, who joins from Addison Group. Kushner brings over 15 years of experience serving clients in private equity, professional and financial services, and the manufacturing and distribution industries. During his time with the agency, he partnered with organizational leaders to identify and deliver talent solutions, while leading teams locally and nationally.
